Management Consultant - Automotive

Are you an automotive expert looking to disrupt with digital?

We’re on the lookout for management consultants with expertise in several of the following areas: Digital Strategy, Connected Customer & Vehicle, Technology Innovation and Digital Transformation & Change.

We are searching for talent with 2 – 5 years automotive experience related to Digital Strategy and Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, CRM, Product Lifecycle Management, Digital Manufacturing and Connected Supply Chain, Cloud technology, and agile development. Equally of interest are candidates with sector experience in manufacturing, and expertise in Product Lifecycle Management, Digital Manufacturing, and Connected Supply Chain.

You will:

  • Develop scenarios and strategies   
  • Drive Business & Technology Innovation with consumer touch points and user experience at the forefront
  • Design roadmaps which help our clients engage the people and transform the business
  • Plan our clients’ transition and build a compelling business case for it
  • Evaluate the implications for our clients’ organization and capabilities and how they should transform to optimize results.
  • Design and implement new ways of working, manage transformation programs and secure business benefits in collaboration with our clients

You will engage and contribute to our culture of business collaboration, with client innovation and client success our top priority.

 

Be Challenged

You current position might be with a niche consulting firm or a digital marketing agency, working with clients in the automotive industry. You might also be engaged in internal business development for a leading manufacturer/supplier in the automotive sector.

Successful candidates will have a solid understanding of automotive trends and challenges. You will leverage your expertise in client challenges and solutions as well as drive transformation to realize business benefits. Your content knowledge combined with your management consulting or internal business development experience will drive success in our client projects.

You have a proven track record of delivering excellent results and successful business development.

You will have 2 to 5 years’ experience related to some of the following: Digital Strategy and Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, CRM, Product Lifecycle Management, Digital Manufacturing and Connected Supply Chain, Cloud Technology and Agile Development

A master’s degree within business, engineering, or computer science is a prerequisite, along with fluency in Swedish and English.

The position is based in Gothenburg, but Stockholm is also a possibility with flexibility to travel and work at client sites.
